About the Event
Eskrima, also known as Arnis and Kali, is a Filipino martial art emphasizing weapon-based fighting, particularly with sticks, blades, and improvised weapons, but also including empty-hand techniques. It's a dynamic and versatile system with a rich history, known for its practical self-defense applications and adaptability.

The day will cover basic strikes and counters as well as how the principles of stick fighting can transpose to open handed defence and counter movers.
